Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed and dispatched within one (1) to three (3) business days from the date of order confirmation. Please note that order processing does not occur on weekends or public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Following dispatch, standard shipping is expected to take approximately seven (7) to fifteen (15) business days for delivery, depending on the destination and courier operations.
Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
Upon shipment, customers will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number. Shipments can be tracked using the following third-party tracking service:

Order Modification and Cancellation:
Customers may request to cancel or modify their order, including changes to the shipping address, prior to shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it can no longer be altered or canceled, and no address modifications or refunds will be possible.
