Mr.Goodie Vape – Refund and Return Policy
Return Window:
Customers are entitled to request a return within seven (7) calendar days of receiving the product. To initiate a return, please ensure the item is eligible under the conditions outlined below.
Return Eligibility Criteria:
To qualify for a return, the product must be in its original condition: unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in the original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is also required.
Return Authorization:
To initiate a return request, please contact us at market@vapesmaker.com. Upon approval, we will issue a return shipping label and provide detailed instructions for the return process. Returns submitted without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Customers are advised to inspect their orders promptly upon receipt. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, or if an incorrect item has been received, please contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and arrange a resolution.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following categories are non-returnable:
– Perishable items (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
– Customized or personalized products (e.g., special orders)
– Personal care items (e.g., beauty products)
– Hazardous materials or substances (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Exchange Policy:
To expedite the exchange process, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the desired product once the return has been authorized.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
In accordance with EU regulations, customers residing in the European Union may cancel or return an order within fourteen (14) days of receipt for any reason, without justification. Returned items must be in their original condition as specified above, and must be accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Processing:
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to the original method of payment within ten (10) business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to finalize and post the refund.
